Black Rose Caravan is an eclectic tribal belly dance troupe from Indianapolis, Indiana.

BRC was founded in 2005 by Jaleela Saleem and is now directed by Chyanne and Celeste.  We dance in a style which combines many influences, including Middle Eastern, Indian, and North African, with American innovation.

While we respect the rich heritage of Folkloric dance, we embrace this dance as an evolving art form open to artistic interpretation.  As a result, our dances have a traditional appearance but are decidedly contemporary.
